Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once your box is reserved against the day's catch. We may decline an order if a product is out of season, out of stock, or a price was shown in error.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Payment is collected on delivery. Nothing is charged online.
Freshness guarantee
Every box leaves our cold chain within hours of the catch. If your seafood arrives outside its temperature window or below our standard, tell us within 24 hours and we will replace the box or refund it in full.
